WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Current processing time is 1-2 Business Days for items to ship. Once items are dropped off at the local postal office, Elceez Creationz will no longer be responsible for the time frame it'll take to reach it's destination. You will receive an email with tracking information where you will be able to check estimated delivery date/delivery updates provided by USPS.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN?
Elceez Creationz is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. You will have to contact USPS customer service for further assistance regarding your lost/stolen package/s. There will be no refunds/replacements for lost/stolen packages.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN/REFUND ON MY ORDER?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO RETURNS!!
If you recieved wrong/damaged item then refund/return may be applied at our descretion. You would need to email us at elceez.creationz@gmail.com with proof of damages. After reviewing you submitted proof, you will be notified via email if refund/return/exchange is approved.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you decide you want to cancel your order please contact us before 24 hours of purchase to process cancellation & we will refund the full amount to original payment method. If order has already been shipped out then you will NO LONGER be elegible for a refund/replacement.

WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please make sure you check your information before processing your payment. If you notice that your address is incorrect please email us with name, order # & correct information no later than 24 hours after purchase. If a package has already been shipped out you will need to wait until package is returned back to us by mail carrier & you will need to pay for a re-shipping label
